Project Development Worker


£16,000.00


20 hours per week


The Trustees of Sacriston Community Association are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated person to assist them in developing and managing a programme of activities within The Fulforth Centre and future stages of Capital Development.

The person appointed will need to have proven experience in regeneration, community development or similar and will have a minimum of two years’ experience of project development and/or business planning and/or buildings management and working in a community setting. You should also have a track record preparing successful funding applications.


You will have responsibility for developing, delivering and coordinating services and activities for future sustainability, drawing on internal resources and expertise to do so. You will also be supporting community groups and work in partnership with other agencies and providers in the area, particularly in relationship to two major community events each year.
