High volume exercises with rest intervals to improve muscle tone and endurance. exercises will be mostly mat based without the use of weights. Suitable for those with some experience of cardiovascular exercise

MAT PILATES WITH LIZ
Build core strength with low impact flexibility and endurance movements that focus on postural alignment and muscular balance
For beginners and those with Pilates' mat experience. A Pilates' mat class suitable for beginners and those with experience, the essence of the session is to improve flexibility using stretches and exercise to build good core strength.

For those with pilates' mat experience. This session will use low impact endurance exercises to build good core strength, balance and flexibility and is suitable for those with some experience of Pilates
